Each one of Irio Tommasini's frames is unique and that is saying a lot in this world of mass produced bicycles. Unique because every frame is totally handmade, here in our factory, with the maximum attention to detail, according to the finest in Italian craftsmanship and tradition. Perfection is strived for, from the first step in the shaping of the tubes, to the final precision control after painting. Brazings are extremely precise and clean, all tubes are cut in such a way that they join together perfectly even before welding. The process of TIG welding is specific to each tube set characteristic and is guaranteed above and beyond industry standards. Titanium frames follow a separate, meticulous welding process to avoid contamination, preserving this alloy's inherent qualities and long life. Brazed frame sets use handmade, filed lugs to obtain the maximum in comfort, handling and classic beauty. You will always find our "T" logo in the lug cut outs. These frames are the definitive word for elegant Italian craftsmanship as well as futuristic innovation.
